I formed Red Kite Geomatics in 2022, after selling a successful utility survey company that I formed and ran for over 20 years.

I’ve been a dedicated land & utilities surveyor since 1993, and have specialised in Ministry of Defence, power generation, communications and nuclear sectors, along with having extensive experience in a huge variety of areas such as hospitals, prisons, airfields, schools & universities, petrochemical, clean & waste water processing works etc. From topographic surveys in the Scottish Highlands, to GPR & utility surveying around the Houses of Parliament  - there are few environments that I’ve not worked in!

The sale of my former company and setting up of Red Kite Geomatics, was geared around a relocation to Mid-West Wales and re-adjusting the work / life balance!

My passion for investigative utilities mapping & geospatial surveying, combined with the knowledge, experience and technical expertise gained from a career spanning 30+ years, enables me to take a genuine pride in producing surveys of the highest quality.
